Aldi store in Epsom: What are your views?

What are your views on the proposed Aldi store being built in Epsom?
I personally think Epsom needs a supermarket shop and the Upper High Street is in desperate need of regeneration.
Separately, we also need to make use of the wasteland on the Upper High Street car park as it is an eyesore!!
